Sketches for page 1 and 2
Page 1 and 2 are slowly starting to take on form.
I love the aquarelle medium. It really speaks to me and it's a medium I have a lot to learn from.
Page 1 will be a collage of a starry night and a city which then zooms in to a closer aspect of the city when you turn to page 2. That's where the reader will have the first encounter with the main character Ella. Who is sitting on a rooftop looking up at the stars and asking a profound question.
